When will my order be made?
House of Woke uses a print-on-demand model. Each item is made after you order, with a production time of 3–5 business days before it ships.
Production time comes before the delivery time below.
How long does delivery take?
After production, domestic deliveries typically take 5–8 business days. International deliveries typically take 5–10 business days, depending on the destination.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package’s journey.

What will shipping cost?
Shipping costs are shown at checkout. International shipping charges do not include possible customs or import fees; these are the buyer’s responsibility.

What if my item is defective or incorrect?
Contact our customer support team within 14 days of receipt if your item is flawed or differs from your order.
After the issue is verified, we’ll either replace the item or provide a full refund. Contact us to start, or read the full refund policy.
Can I exchange an item for another size?
Yes. If an item doesn’t fit, contact customer support within 14 days of delivery to arrange an exchange for a different size.
The item must be in its original, unworn and unwashed condition. House of Woke covers the return shipping costs for sizing exchanges.
Can I return something if I change my mind?
Returns are limited to defective or incorrect items and exchanges for a different size, under the conditions above. Returns or exchanges for other reasons, including a change of mind, are not accepted.
This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
How do I choose the right size?
Review the size chart and product description before ordering. Use the guide for the garment you’re considering and compare its measurements with an item you already own.
