Defective or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives flawed or differs from your order, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receipt. After verifying the issue, we will either replace the item or provide a full refund.

Returns Due to Sizing Errors: If an item doesn’t fit properly, we are happy to offer an exchange for a different size. Please return the item in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition. Contact our customer support within 14 days of delivery to initiate an exchange. We will handle the return shipping costs for sizing exchanges to ensure your satisfaction.

Other Returns: For returns that are not related to defects or sizing, the item must be in its original condition and customers will be responsible for return shipping costs. Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns based purely on a change of mind.
