Defective or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives flawed or differs from your order, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receipt. After verifying the issue, we will either replace the item or provide a full refund.

Returns Due to Sizing Errors: If an item doesn’t fit properly, we are happy to offer an exchange for a different size. Please return the item in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition. Contact our customer support within 14 days of delivery to initiate an exchange. We will handle the return shipping costs for sizing exchanges to ensure your satisfaction.

Return Eligibility: Returns are limited to defective or incorrect items and exchanges for a different size, under the conditions above. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reason, including a change of mind. This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
